Pink Iced Tea
Makes 6 large glasses
deliciously refreshing drink can be simply served on ice, or with a little
fizz - by adding sparkling mineral water.
3 teabags of Wild Berry or Cranberry and Apple herb tea
6 slices of fresh ginger
½ orange, sliced
500 mls red grape juice
4 T honey
1.5 litres cold water
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring slowly to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Leave to cool for an hour, then chill in the fridge. Pour into bottles or a thermos to take to your picnic.
